Let Dog Owner Coach be your guide

Margie Hillenbrand's philosophy of "Calm, Clear, Consistent," will help give you the skills, understanding, and resources you need to cultivate well-mannered, confident canine companions. Focus is given to the foundation of getting your dog's attention and building from there. Classes are limited to a maximum of 5 dogs (minimum of 3) to offer participants a level of individualized instruction and allows shy, fearful, or insecure dogs to go at their own pace, building confidence, and developing a positive experience.

We encourage well-behaved children and other family members to participate in class - training your dog should be a family affair!

Prerequisite: completion of a basic or puppy obedience class or equivalent skills, non-reactive on leash.

Emphasis on "for Fun and Confidence!" Basic exposure to obstacles, putting basic obedience skills and combinations together for rally routines. We will tailor the class to participants in terms of whether we do more agility or more rally. Dogs under two years need to avoid spinal twisting and turning and jumping higher than withers until their growth plates close. We can adjust obstacles accordingly. On-leash, off-leash depends on your dog and your control.
