Conduct & Safety

  • Dogs must be on leash at all times. Retractable leashes must be locked at 6 feet or less.

  • Do not approach other dogs on leash, as some dogs can be protective of mom/dad while on leash. Do not allow your dog to approach others while on leash.

  • Be respectful of other pet parents dropping off or picking up ahead of you: WAIT in the lobby until they are leaving by way of the side exit and a staff member will be available to help you.

  • Enter only through the front entrance to avoid accidental greetings with those exiting the building.

  • We are a "naked" daycare: The dogs play with no collars on to prevent them from getting their teeth/jaw stuck on another dog's collar while playing.

  • Only breakaway flea collars like Seresto and Playsafe collars are allowed.

  • We reserve the right to expel dogs who exhibit aggressive or destructive behavior such as gate jumping/rushing and/or excessively rough play. Dogs in our daycare program are always on probation: Continued acceptance in the program is never guaranteed and is subject to their behavior on any given day.

Health & Wellness

  • Dogs must be on a monthly flea/tick preventative. If we find fleas on your dog while in daycare, we will give them a flea bath at your expense to prevent the spread of fleas to the environment and the other dogs.

  • Puppies between 4 and 5 months old may bring a lunch to be fed while crated. We do not feed lunches to dogs over 5 months unless medically necessary.

  • All attendees must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.

  • We encourage you to use the designated potty space outside for your dog to eliminate before and after daycare. Free poop bags and pet waste receptacle are available in the potty yard. ALL POOP MUST BE PICKED UP! Please help keep our facility and grounds clean.

  • If your dog is showing signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, runny eyes or nose, lethargy, diarrhea, lack of appetite, vomiting, etc.) KEEP THEM HOME! Help us keep everyone healthy!

  • If your dog is exhibiting signs of illness while at daycare, we will contact you and remove them from group play until they can be picked up.

Reservations & Attendance

  • Reservations are required! You may set up a recurring reservation or call ahead to reserve attendance. Dogs who arrive without prior reservation will be turned away.

  • Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel your reservation for a day so that we can give that spot to another dog.

  • If someone other than yourself will be picking up your dog, let us know!

  • Drop-off is limited from 7am to 10am. Students arriving after 10am will be turned away.

  •  All dogs must be picked up NO LATER THAN 7pm.

  • We provide cubbies for collars and leashes to be left for the day. Remember to let a staff member know of your approximate time of pick-up so we can keep track of attendance.

  • If your dog has not attended daycare for more than 6 weeks without prior notice of his absence, you MUST call prior to drop-off to confirm we have a space for him, even on days he was previously in regular attendance. If you do not call to confirm, you may be turned away.

  • If your dog has not attended daycare with us for more than 3 months, he may be required to be re-evaluated due to differences in attendees, play groups, and age-dependent play style changes that may have occurred in his extended absence.
